Just follow the instructions for playing the video. I believe that you need the latest Windows Media Player to view the video, and you want to right-click on the link above and save the file to your desktop or My Documents.
This video is approximately 35 minutes long. It covers an earlier version 10 version, which has the same base of essential features that are included in our version 11.2 program, but without some newer features. However it basically works the same way.
When you run the video, if you find that you have sound but no video, you can try downloading this codec from TechSmith: http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp We had someone who had this issue, and said that the codec above resolved their problem.
