  2. In 3D, run Office Management Help > Check for Updates. On your computer click Start > All Programs > Windows Update and follow the instructions.
  3. Has anything changed on your system? Try uninstalling and reinstalling 3D, or use System Restore in Windows to revert to a working date, and then reinstall 3D software if needed. You might also run Disk Cleanup tools in Windows and the Microsoft Online Crash Analysis to check your RAM: http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp
