I would like to thank Mr. Kenton Shepard for allowing me to use his narrative library to put together these forms and form groups that are used in this software.
NARRATIVE DEVELOPMENT
In addition to the direct inspection experience of the authors, Kenton Shepard, Paul Bousquet and various other inspectors, these narratives were developed from a variety of sources including the International Residential Code (IRC), technical data sheets and systems specifications from various manufacturer's associations and installation manuals for a variety of products.
We have made tremendous efforts to come up with the most complete library of detailed narrative texts you will need to complete a narrative home inspection report with minimal modifications and add-ons, thus our motto: “WE TAKE THE WRING OUT OF REPORT WRITING”.
Of course, you will be able modify the existing texts as well as add your own narrative text to suit your particular needs.
The templates were designed to facilitate the compilation of all information as you walk around and in the property. Included are templates for multi dwelling, apartment buildings, condominium, single and two story homes.
